An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Risk Coordinator to support the Risk Director within the Risk team.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage all insurance, liability and property claims effectively.

• Review and enhance internal insurance processes to drive continuous improvement and improve efficiencies.

• Investigate injury claims alongside our third party claims handler to determine root causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

• Perform data analysis to understand risk exposure, trends, and potential vulnerabilities within operational processes.

• Prepare monthly reports, maintain records, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Provide support to business units in understanding and applying risk management. practices and policies.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance.

• Manage multiple inboxes and Risk page within our colleague engagement platform.

• Co-ordinate the annual insurance renewal and act as a point of contact for insurance queries within Moto.

• Raise POs and process invoices.

• Support the Risk Director with organising the quarterly H&S Committee meetings and document actions arising from the meeting.

• Support the wider team with communications and presentations for their projects.

• Ad hoc implementation of projects.

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Understanding of H&S and insurable risk management principles and practices.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the relevant industry is desirable.

• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)

• Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., H&S, GDPR).

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

• Ability to assess risks, analyse data, and propose effective solutions.

• A meticulous approach to compliance matters.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
